Everything about your plan is on [Billing](https://app.trynito.ai/billing). The Plugin and the API read your plan; they do not change it. ## Upgrading Pick a plan on Billing. Each plan includes everything in the plans before it. Upgrades take effect straight away; the confirmation screen shows what is charged today and when your renewal date moves. The plan shows as **Confirming payment** until the payment settles. ## Monthly or Yearly Plus, Advanced, and Max come monthly or yearly. Yearly saves 10% and still delivers the usage allowance month by month. Yearly plans can also be paid with crypto: [Pay with Crypto](/plans/pay-with-crypto). ## Usage and Rollover The allowance renews on your billing date. On Advanced and Max, unused allowance carries forward for three and four months. Settings and Billing show the share of the current cycle remaining and the next allowance date; expired allowance is listed separately from usage. See [Checking Usage](/plans/checking-usage). ## Prepaid Balance for the API API calls draw on a prepaid balance. Add funds on Billing, on any plan including Free. The balance is also usable from chat, the Plugin, and MCP once the monthly allowance is spent, and expires one year after purchase. ## Managing a Subscription **Manage subscription** opens the billing portal: update the payment method, change or cancel the plan, view invoices. A canceled plan stays active to the end of the paid period. ## After a Change Your plan is read live. After upgrading, confirm it with `/nito:status` in a chat, `nito agent status` from the terminal, or on the developer console.
