Anonymous is where the frontier models run. The provider receives your request from Nito and answers it, without your identity attached.

What You Get

  • Your identity stops at Nito. The provider sees the content of the request, not who sent it.
  • Nito keeps nothing. Your prompt, the response, reasoning, tool payloads, and attachment contents are never persisted. That holds at every level.
A frontier model runs on its provider’s own infrastructure, so what that provider does with a request after answering is governed by its own terms. Retention is enforced upstream from Private up.

How to Pick It

Choose a model whose level is Anonymous. The level travels with the model, so there is nothing else to set. Browse with the models command, or see the Model List.

When to Use It

When you want a specific frontier model and the work is ordinary: prototyping, general coding questions, anything non-confidential. When the content itself is sensitive, choose a model that carries a stronger level.
