Every command exists in both harnesses. The only difference is the trigger: /nito: in Claude Code, $nito: in Codex.

Command	What it does
`ask`	Ask one question through Nito, inside your current chat.
`continue`	Follow up on the Nito exchange you just had.
`fusion`	Send one question to two or three models and get a single answer back. Paid.
`private`	With a question, answers inline without it going upstream. With no question, opens a session that saves nothing.
`session`	Open a separate session that runs entirely through Nito and keeps your history. Paid.
`model`	Set the model your future Nito calls use.
`models`	Browse the models available to your account.
`context`	Turn conversation context on or off for `ask`, or check it.
`mode`	Report how the current conversation is routed.
`status`	Show your profile, plan, and usage.
`login`	Authorize the plugin’s connection to Nito.
`logout`	Sign out.
`signup`	Start creating a Nito account.
`help`	Open the built-in menu of Nito actions.

help is the menu. It shows you the commands above and routes you to them, and it never makes a model call itself. Free, and it does not count against any allowance.

model changes what your future Nito calls use. It does not change the model running your session. Inside a full Nito session, use your harness’s own model picker for that.
